The Law
Absolutely!
As of 2018 the Federal US Government officially legalized the use of hemp based products as per the 2018 United States Farm Bill. Recent medical insights catalyzed the legalization at the federal level, thus all 50 states.
This legalization comes with one caveat, that THC must be lower than 0.3%. THC is the psychoactive substance in marijuana.
Hemp and marijuana are both cannabis plants.
They differ in the amount of THC each contains.
Hemp has a limit of 0.3% THC, which is not enough to cause psychoactive effects.
Marijuana has been selected to have high THC levels which ensures psychoactive effects and as a result is an illegal Schedule 1 drug according to the Controlled Substances Act.
The consumption of certain hemp products could lead to a positive drug test result for THC. Despite all hemp products being lower than 0.3% THC, each individual metabolism is completely unique and as a result elevated levels of THC could result from certain biochemical processes. The risk of this occurring is quite low, however, we encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before consuming hemp products if you happen to be subject to drug testing.
The Science
CBD specifically has been known to have several positive effects on the body.
Many people describe a feeling of relaxation and even easing of inflammation or pain.
With that said, each person is unique and has a unique body chemistry, therefore we recommend trying a small dose first and working your way up in response to your body’s reaction.
A cannabinoid is a naturally occurring compound which is found in cannabis plants. There are over 100 cannabinoids identified, most in trace amounts.
The most predominant cannabinoids are CBD and THC. In legal hemp it is CBD. These compounds act directly with your body’s Endocannabinoid system which is responsible for regulating and balancing many processes in the body.
The endocannabinoid system is a chemical system responsible for regulating and balancing many processes in the body, including immune response, communication between cells, memory, appetite and metabolism, and more.
Although hemp extracts have proven to be very safe, it is recommended that you always try the smallest dose first and work your way up based on how your body responds. There is no inherent danger in consuming hemp products, but it is best to be cautious to ensure the best possible experience.
We recommend you consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition.

All our products are formulated using our Custom, state-of-the-art Ethanol Extraction System.
Ethanol extraction allows for a “whole plant” extraction to occur. All cannabinoids and terpenes are extracted together in the proportions that they appear in the plant. All of these compounds play a role in the synergistic effect on the body - also commonly know as "The Entourage Effect".
Targeted extraction of single cannabinoids leaves behind all the other beneficial compounds. Ethanol is also easily removed which significantly decreases the risk of residual solvents in finished products.
